What is a B196 certificate?

Requirements for the B196 certificate

Before you can apply for an upgrade to B196, you must first meet a few requirements.

Minimum age : 25 years
Driving license category B : from 5 years (continuous)
Participation in the B196 course at a driving school : At least 9 teaching units of 90 minutes each.
